These terms govern your use of the Nettra website, calculator and any related services (together, "Nettra"), operated by [NETTRA LLC], an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using Nettra you agree to these terms.
1. Estimates, not advice
Nettra provides general tax estimates and educational information based on the figures you enter and our reading of current law. Nettra does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, does not prepare or file tax returns, and does not create a CPA–client, attorney–client or other professional relationship. Do not rely on Nettra as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your full situation.
2. AI-generated answers and categories
Ask a tax question and Books use artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it cites sources. Check answers against the cited authority, review every category before relying on a P&L, and consult a qualified professional before acting. A P&L produced by Books is not a compiled, reviewed or audited financial statement.
2A. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for deciding what to pay and when, and for meeting your filing and payment obligations. Results depend on assumptions — for example, that the rest of the year looks like the months you enter — which may not hold.
3. No warranty
Nettra is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep tax tables current but do not warrant that Nettra is complete, accurate, current or error-free, or that it will be available without interruption.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any penalties, interest, additional tax or lost profits arising from your use of Nettra. Our total liability for any claim relating to Nettra will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
5. Paid plans

6. Acceptable use

8. Governing law
